Tips to Overcome Nausea During Pregnancy

For mothers who are pregnant, here are some tips to treat nausea during pregnancy, especially in the morning (morning sickness) :

 
  • Do not leave an empty stomach because it can increase stomach acid that causes nausea.
  • Eat in small amounts but often.
  • Drink plenty to avoid dehydration from vomiting.
  • Avoid eating spicy foods and contain coconut milk.
  • Consuming ginger ale or ginger candy.

Do not forget to always eat healthy foods so that the condition of the mother and baby will stay awake born in good health.
