Efficacy Mango

Each person must know the mango fruit. The shape is round, yellow flesh color, skin color is generally green, there is also a bersemburat meat red and sweet. The fruit is not only preferred by adults but also children. As a young man or any raw fruit is much sought after, especially young people for salad or a pregnant woman.

Tropical fruit called latin Mangifera indica originated from India. But now scattered all over the world, including Indonesia. Well, if shopping mango, must not select cooked or raw. Choose the right quality of mango, which mature on the tree, yellowish green fruit color, texture solid but not too hard, smooth skin, and smell sweet. Avoid choosing a fruit that is too loud / soft, bruised, and the smell of fermentation.
